Raised in Michigan, but long time Portland resident- Alea blends that midwest work ethic with an easy going and lighthearted west coast approach. She thrives as being part of the creative process, and being a positive and motivating leader.
She is accustomed to handling all aspects of production from start to finish (including budgeting, sourcing, scouting, permitting, crew and location management, and beyond). She manages the delicate balance of creative versus budgetary needs, and is excellent at staying within budget.
